so I just 'bought' a D23 free membership from the Disney Store last week. And I lost my membership number email so I contacted D23 and they sent it. And the email got lost again. All in the span of a week. Is there a way to get the membership number back without looking like a total idiot? I should print out the email next time.

I haven't done it so I don't know... Does the "free" membership get you a membership card? If so, wait for it to arrive by snail mail?

Sounds like your best bet would be contact them again. No worries, it likely happens all the time. But yes, print out that email next time and file it somewhere safe!
