To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Indiana Jones Adventure, D23 is hosting a panel at Disney’s Glendale Creative Campus on February 22, 2025 for Gold Members. Imagineer Daniel Jue, former Imagineer Susan Bonds, and more are set to highlight the history of the attraction, along with its variations around the globe. D23 says this event also includes a walkthrough experience of Walt Disney Imagineering.

Included in the event:

• A special presentation about Indiana Jones attractions throughout Disney Parks, featuring Walt Disney Imagineers, like Daniel Jue and former Imagineer Susan Bonds at the historic Grand Central Air Terminal in Glendale.

DLR - Indiana Jones - Tenant Improvement: Replace control system for moving room with new guardrails and associated electrical.

I remember getting e-stopped at the boulder. There are guardrails that rise up along the sides of the jeep in that room. They must be updating them.

Not by fans and probably not by imagineering, but to an external contractor bidding on it.....probably.

I think people just want that effect back so much they want to interpret the "moving room" as the CoD, but it is more logical that it is the boulder room because that is an effect they need to work for the show. The CoD not so much. The projection effect is good enough for Disney to get the point across and they probably will never pay the money to rip that whole room apart to fix it since they can't get parts for the original install anymore.

One of his few remaining masterpieces that has not yet been destroyed by the WDC as of yet.

If Tony was doing the tour I'd spring for a gold membership to go. But I also imagine it'd sell out quickly.
