I called to ask about my membership I purchased two weeks ago (still hasn't processed), and they appear to be behind in terms of shipping them...maybe they don't want any more piled on until they're ready?

I've been trying to get a Fall 2010 issue and gift replacement (since they never sent it to me) and a membership card for this year (never recevied one earlier this year) since September. I've been assured multiple times since then that the issue was on its way. I needed the card so I could attend a shopping event at Mickey's of Glendale last month and they also told me it'd be here before then. Here we are near mid-December and I haven't received a thing.

I purchased mine at the end of October...also haven't received anything. I was going to call and ask about it, but have been too busy with other stuff.
