I asked him this, and told him that general theory...that it was a cluster and all were refunded (outside of a few KK), so the posters are just all out there, unaccounted for. He said he was told that is not the case but by the end of our discussion, he seemed to think this could also be reality to an extent.

The fact that we aren't seeing any of these on ebay is pretty telling to me, given how quickly they migrate over there once being confirmed you would think if there were any confirmed we would see at least one or two.

Where does it show “in progress” or “canceled”. In my order history it looks like my orders are good to go. However, I did receive the cancelation emails.

Let's go with a crazy idea.
The first batch was anything sold a half hour after release. Two of the 3 were sold out before a half hour so the system could've assumed there was nothing left for those two and killed the orders in that batch. The third poster didn't sell out till after a half hour and was fine so it's going ahead.

There's some weird chutes and ladders math going on here but seeing as to how bad SD is, I wouldn't put it past them. It doesn't make sense to me either but...Disney's IT sucks...

That's new - I was on hold with someone at shopdisney to get the handling charges removed, and they forwarded me to a fax machine.

Two of my three posters were cancelled and my order status still displays a $45.00 shipping and handling charge. Also, SHIPMAGIC appears to have been applied, but, somehow, my annual pass discount fell off.

I do not want to jeopardize the one poster that is still in progress, so any refund call will not be made until after this poster ships and is received.

Fun fact, if the fax machine was in a public space in the office and you start yelling then there's a chance they'll hear your voice. Unless they were smart enough to turn off the fax tone noise on the MFP.

Same situation here. I called and since I didn't want to jeopardize the remaining one, they gave me a code for a $30 credit to use on a future purchase.
