I got an order in at 8:22 for one Land poster. Waiting for cancellation now.
They have all been pulled from the shop at this point.

I’m not mad that I’m not gonna get it because honestly I don’t need to spend the money but I am frustrated that the product is advertised and then when you go to order it suddenly you’re told the product is not available.

They know nothing, as per usual. I was one of the people who pushed higher up with the last debacle, and the man claimed they all sold out in under a minute. Obviously not true as evidenced by later orders being shipped.

I’ve had plenty of issues with SD over the years, particularly with shipping and occasionally overselling, but this is truly the highest height of incompetence I’ve ever witnessed from them.

Order at 3:10AM and mine has just been cancelled. Thought it was a possibility of that happening but still can't understand their inventory system and how this can happen.

I trust flutas and his inventory updates a heck of a lot more than ShopDisney claiming to have sold out in a minute

The only other thing I can gather is that shop Disney is so dumb that they do “last in first out”. I’m curious to see a time stamp from an order that is not canceled.

The only explanation I can think of is they meant to lock it behind D23 Gold/Gold Family membership and forgot, so they are starting over.

After last month, I am not hopeful though. The Illuminations cancellation crushed me for personal reasons involving a death in the family, now this. :(

Like I said, I snuck in an order at 8:22 out of frustration. Let’s see if your theory is correct.

It was actually due to a window I forgot to close this morning when I passed back out after all the fun. I still had one poster in my cart. Obviously the system let it go through.

Who knows? Disney obviously doesn’t.
