D23 Epcot Forever Poster Series

I don't think we've ever gotten official word that it's a litho, but from looking at it in person it sure seems that way. The silver ink looks like a 2nd layer, but otherwise litho. I'd love to know more details if you find them.
The paper itself is white, if that answers anything. I've seen it referenced that the others are actually on silver paper, but 00 is the only one I've seen in person so I have nothing to compare it to.

That's correct. The 2020's are heavy silver paper, 2021's are heavier black paper.

Edit:
2020 (numbered):
Stardream silver metallic archival paper
27'' H x 18'' (includes 1/4'' border)
Paper 285gsm

2021:
36” H x 24” W (includes 3/8” border)
Black archival paper made in Italy

On the serigraph question for 00:

Here's some close-ups of detail. I'm very much not an expert, but I'm 99% convinced this isn't a serigraph. I can't see the separation of ink layers like I do on the 2020 prints. The metallic silver is definitely laid on top of the main art in a 2nd layer, but I think otherwise this is another method - giclee maybe?

I am by NO MEANS a printing expert, but I wonder if it's even possible to recreate that design with the serigraph method they did for the others. The serigraphs are very defined sections of solid colors. The 1982 design has blending, fading, and gradient textures.

That's my amateur assessment too.
(it still looks very good in-person, just not a serigraph)

So I'm starting to build a collection as I traded away my 00s.

I'm 99% convinced that Disney is in cahoots with the Custom Framers Guild of America by making these things 18 x 27. Why wouldn't they make them a standard size!?

I've got some additional insight into this. I actually contacted cyclops printing and they responded! 00 is not a serigraph. They told me it was produced as a lithograph due to the characteristics of the artwork, which did not lend itself to being produced as a screen-print/serigraph. I hope this helps everyone. It's still a unique, limited, beautiful piece - just not serigraph.

Thanks for asking. I was going to ask a friend but haven't had a chance. I assumed that was the case. It'd be hard to serigraph the original Epcot art because there are no solid colors.
