The concept art appeared cropped and definitely looks like the boat format.

His description of "riding on furniture" sounded like a trackless system... with the whole layout on display tomorrow, we'll know for sure.

Coco themed area? Coco is in Mexico.

This is just the terrible build times of modern disney. Universal can build a whole park in the time it takes Disney for one ride.

I know it's part of the "show," but it's really lame that instead of reading announcements like normal people, they're claiming they're "running low on time" thanks to all the stupid songs and fluff they had, and putting the announcements in a song, making it incredibly hard to actually hear the details.
