I was told no for two reasons.

1. That building isn't up to modern code. It's kind of grandfathered in but if they did any major remodeling they'd have to gut the place.

2. The building can't handle the queue of a major attraction.

I've heard both points but I'm genuinely starting to think Donald might be on his way out and if we get Coco in EPCOT it'll be a light reskin.
