Cypress Harbour distance and quality?

I received an award from my company, and was able to convert it to Marriott certificates. I did a search and came up with Cypress Harbour, which seemed nice and would fit our budget. I did a search, and found some nice comments from last year, but nobody discussed the distance. I seems like I can get to the parks in about 15 minutes based on the map. Can anyone confirm this? Also, the pics look nice. How is the place? I stayed at Cypress Point last year and liked it. Do the two compare?

Cypress Harbour is nice - good choice... but make sure you request a renovated room ... ours 2 years ago wasn't (in fact we were the last guests to stay in that particular block as they were waiting at the door with new fittings while we were checking out!) - and it really showed age. The complex itself is massive and the pools are beautiful esp. the island pool with a little beach.

Location wise we like it ... it's just round the corner from Sea World so 1stop on I4 north of the DTD exit - kind of behind the Orlando Premium outlets - you can get to it that way but it is quicker on I4.

Just as a point, if you could get Horizons by Marriott that is exactly the same location just a little newer and apparently nicer ... also, have stayed at the Residence Inn Sea World, again, same location, definately recommended.
