I actually feel a pretty good sense of closure. They won't buy it as they think I'm only looking for attention, which I find hilarious since they can't seem to shut up about me. But I went over (after it was outed that I started this thread), just let them know I don't care anymore (thanks to you guys and people in real life). But the bashing will go on and on and on.....

But I gotta say - I feels a hell of a lot better getting that off my chest.

You're only giving them power over you if you keep going there to fight with them, and you give them power when you come over here to vent about what they said.

Some of them haven't been particularly kind to me either, but I learned a long time ago not to let it bother me.

Though I did enjoy it when their board went dark for 5 minutes last night, and the panic that ensued.

You have friends here, people who like you. Why make yourself miserable?

Has anyone ever been a victim of this? Has it been so bad that you were drawn to return to a message board that people hated you, despised you, lied about you, told you to kill yourself? How do you deal with it? Why are people so mean to other people? I don't post personal info on this board as the people from the board I'm referring to no doubt stalk it and post what is said here over there.
