Yup....I just googled the weather details Madison Wisconsin experienced yesterday. They had a high temperature of 3 degrees and their low temperature was minus 11. I don't know how they do it every year. I personally would seek employment further south and then move. Yet Wisconsin is said to be beautiful from May to September. Still..their winters are brutal and that's personally not for me.
