customer service problem

i went on a disney cruise and i had some problems and i called them they said i need to email them and some one would call me back to talk about the problem it has been almost two weeks since i sent it to them and no call from them does any body have a number i can call to get some where with this problem

already done that!!!! they said they dont have the number. i have it when some one contacts me want to knpw if any body has had a problem before and if so what else can i do

I know its too late now, but the best thing to do on any vacation, if you have a problem, is to handle it while you are there.

There is no sense of urgency for them to handle things once you leave.

You can also write a letter to the address on that page; Disney is very good at calling people back after they write a letter describing the issues. Letters are handled better than emails.

i tryed to handle it before i got off the boat but when part of the problem is guest sevices on the boat u dont get anywhere

mislead on state room credit guest sevices very rude the white veranda door was broke took 2 day till it was fixed charged my credit card 2 day before we docked when i told them i had disney gift cards to pay with

Did you take your gift cards to the guest services desk and ask them to reverse the credit card charge and then use the gift card to pay the amount?

You could have also had the gift card amounts put onto your room account before the cruise began.

Just curious what exactly happened that you were mislead on the stateroom credit. My in-laws have a cruise booked next month and they have a $400 credit from a previous issue on a cruise. I'm hoping this one goes off with no problems.

i booked online to get my state room credit they said i booked over the phone so i dont get the stateroom credit i called after i booked on line to reqest a certain room and add a post cruise stay at disneyworld

When you book online, your confirmations list the $25 credit on them. Did you save any confirmations from the day you booked?

I always book people online for the credit, and sometimes immediately call afterwards to change something so that shouldn't have messed anything up.

If you can find one of those first confirmations that has it on it, that should help. I'm sorry you had problems.

i was more upset about how they handle it than about the credit
