Customer Relations address?

Does anyone know the best snail mail address for Customer Relations at Walt Disney World?

We stayed at the Contemporary Resort last week and while we enjoyed most of our vacation, their were a few items that did not live up to the Disney standard (at the resort and in the parks).

Good luck with getting a hold of Disney. You will be receiving a canned reply, and I can assure you that nothing will be done about the issues you had unless 100+ other people complained about it before you. And don't expect any compensation... you have to file a credit card dispute to get that.

Did you try talking to a CM while you were at the resort? When we went last year we stayed at CBR and my husband had the worst pasta ever made. I went to a CM and they easily put the points back on our dinning plan so he could get something else. Also our next door neighbors smoked and we hate smoke. We told the front desk and they sent up an air purifier for us. It was great.

My wife recently came back from a horrible solo week at the world. Nothing seemed to go right. I wont bore you all with details since alot went wrong. However she wrote a letter to Disney. About 2 weeks later she received a call from one of the VIPs over there. She got about 1/3rd refunded to her about $600 from the trip. Plus a 3 day park hopper ticket that is good until 2010. And a very sincere apology. So it certainly (Pays) to write a POLITE letter with any complaints you might have. Disney doesn't want the bad press. If you write complaining in a bad tone or call and yell of course they wont help you.

mkt... Guest Communications is a lot different than it used to be. Believe me, I've experienced both sides of them. They're much more likely to give stuff away now, and they actually respond in less than 6 months.
