Cursor in editor

I find the blinking cursor rather annoying, when a lot of users are online, it's blinking so slow, that I can hardly find it... (IMO it's taking up way too much time slices) it looks like it's going like...on..on..on..off..off..off..off..off..off etc.. etc.. as you can see it's more often off than on..
Is there a way for you to make it a steady cursor??

It shouldnt be affected by the number of users online, as its a client side issue, not server-side. So your PC is just blinking its cursor as fast as it can with everything else that is happening on screen at the same time. You could go into USERCP, OPTIONS and change to BASIC EDITOR. That will give you a more basic version, which wont have the flickering issue. Hope that helps

Another thing to check...

Is the animated banner at the top of the screen visible when you have this problem? If so, scroll your window down a little so that the banner is not visible and see if that makes a difference.
