A few years ago we got a blanket with a $30 ($40?) purchase, and last year it was a travel bag. Anyone know what they're giving away right now (if anything)? Going in 11 days...yay! :sohappy:

They have the blanket and a rolling duffle bag....
We went the first week in Nov and they actually had two differnent blankets:
one was a skating scene of all the characters: Mickey and Minnie and such, it was like a throw planet ( I got this one)

the other was a more plush "fuzzier" blanket that has the castle with all the lights on it. (pretty but I had already bought the other one and I like the characters)

Some store had one kind while other stores had another..Keep a look out:)

Wow - thanks so much for posting with pictures!! I definitely want the one with the characters skating (I have the other one from last year - it's really stunning!). Heck - who am I kidding - I'll end up taking home one of EVERYTHING!! I can't wait!!

There's usually a little sign by the register - nothing heavily promoted though. I've taken home 2 different canvas tote bags, the Castle lights blanket, and an overnight type bag. The bags are great - gives you someplace to put all the stuff you buy!

No
We were there 11/11-11/14 and the first day they had a rolling duffle bag. The other days, they had the blanket or a tote bag. I waited to buy my stuff and missed out on the duffle I wanted. You might want to ask at your gift shop if they have a schedule.

Yeah I got the blanket the first night of the MVMCP at the Emporium caus it was COLD! I was going to spend $40 anyway and the blanket was $15... Heck my Perry Doll was $19.95 alone and by the time I bought my mickey ears 15.95 and my MCMP pin that's all I needed! Then the CM told me that another blanket (the castle one) would be sold starting the next day.... At POR they still had the skating blanket and the duffle bad. and the RED purse looking bag.. The Emporium had the duffle bag BUT the World Of Disney had only the purse thing... I can't find a pic of that sorry!

Not to be confused but it isn't a "gift with purchase." It sells for a reduced price when you spend a certain amount. Most of them are $10 or $15 but it isn't free.

You know what's funny - I totally forgot I paid a bit more for the item until you pointed that out. Blind love for something at a discount, I guess!

The throw is really nice.I might order one for my wife, not sure if she will like it but i will.

It's unbelievably cozy - whenever I take the kids out on the weekend we come home to find my husband with the Castle throw pulled up to his chin, sound asleep.
