Current Bouncebacks?

Just curious if anyone knew any of them. Going next month, and also in August of 2010. If there are good BB offers, may look at upgrading.

Also, do you have to actually wait until you are in Disney to book Bounceback?

I've never heard of this. Are the bounce backs a recurring thing Disney offers to people staying at resorts? We're going in May 2010 and have thrown around the idea of going December 2010 as well. Is it likely we'd have such an offer in May?

There is almost always a bounceback in your room. If not ask at guest relations in your hotel. When you're there in May, the bounceback should be the same as what's in the room now so you would be able to book a bounceback for Dec 2010. When we were there last year in June, the bounceback was for the remainder of 2009.

OK

Here is a question

Can you change one bounceback into another.

I am booked on a free dining bounceback in Aug 2010

I think I would rather be booked on a discounted room bounceback (DDP is restrictive to me)

Can I change to the other bounceback?

Dave,

You can always phone and ask. It will depend on whether the CM on the phone can pull up the bounceback code that was left in the room and if a room is available at the hotel you are currently booked at.

What is the % savings offered right now on a MYW package?

Ok, so I stayed at the Poly this past fall and had a bounceback offer in our room but chose not to act on it at the time.

Can they look up my stay and still offer the bounceback deal? Better question is... Do you think they would?

No, it's very specific that the bounceback expires the midnight on the day that you check out.

Back in 2007, the reservation system went down on my last day at Disney. Couldn't book bounceback, and they could not, or would not, let me book when the system came back online the following day (when I was home.) I was told I had 6 prior days at Disney to book the vacation, no one forced me to w ait until the last day to book.

But it worked out--I called our Club Level CMs and they got us in for a bounceback afterwards b/c of the circumstances.
