Can anyone tell me what other than pastries and fruits they have on their breakfast buffet? The website says comfort food. I'm not sure what their idea of comfort food is.
Thanks in advance.

My special dietary needs include breakfast casseroles, bacon and sausage....lol. This menu sounds like a lot of carbs. I would love to be in MK before the park opens and would also love to meet the Pooh gang but I may have to pass if this is all they offer.

It was pretty much a regular breakfast buffet. There were also bacon, salmon, sausages...boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, omelets, fritata...cereals, grits, oatmeal...variety of whole fruits, fruit salad, yogurt w/various toppings...plus pastries, toast, biscuits, muffins...

Great! Thank you all so much. I really wanted to go there on our next trip, but I knew my crew would not be satisfied with fruits, pasties, cereal and eggs. That is pretty much what we eat for breakfast at home. We want something different when we are on vacation.

That little bowl up at the top is the breakfast lasagna. Don't let the fruit fool you...it has pastry crème in there and the sugar topping is reminiscent of crème brulee. YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My grandson likes fruit and bacon for breakfast. There is plenty of fruit available, watermelon, grapes, strawberry's and cantaloupe. There are bagels and crescent rolls. You can put fruit topping on the Mickey waffles. It is a buffet so you get to chose what and how much of each you eat. Crystal palace is my favorite breakfast buffet. Here is a picture. Look at his plate.

This looks so much like my plate every time we go. Crystal Palace for Breakfast is one of our only true "Must-Dos" on each trip. Me, I'm a HUGE fan of Pooh's French Toast and I always laugh at myself because it's on the shorter "kids" buffet. I've eaten 3 or 4 (or more) each trip. LOL

Hating to be tedious, but how much is the breakfast buffet at Crystal Palace ??? if you pay Cash??? and how much if you use "dining points' or what have you?? I haven't been to WDW in about a decade so I am totally out of the loop. Thanks.

According to the Disney site it is $15-29.99 for the breakfast buffet or 1 table service credit per person. We have never been to CP and have only been to WDW once. We got the dining plan then and really like the convenience of it for our family so we plan to go that route again. Hope this answers your question.

I'm right there with you. That French Toast is one of my personal favorites. They served it at the main portion of the buffet back in the 90's. When I went in '07 I thought they had removed it completely until I found it in the kid's section. Now I slink over there and grab a few pieces as quick as I can before I'm found out. :)
