Bought this crystal carousel at gift shop in Disney world Florida in 2018. Just broke one of five crystal horses. Can I buy a replacement? Help?

That looks like something you would have gotten at one of the glass shops which is operated by Arribas Brothers. I would contact them instead of Disney. guestservices.afl@arribas.com or 407-828-4840 ext 0
