Cruise - Return Flight times

My wife and I are going on our first cruise in April and was wondering what time we usually get to the airport when you take Disney Ground Transfers.

Was not sure how late of a flight i should get. We dont want to miss our flight home.

I wouldn't get a flight before noon. If the ship is slow clearing customs it can take a little while to disembark.

We normally rent a car as opposed to Disney transfers, and spend the day at Downtown Disney. In that case, we try not to fly out before 4 or so.

All the Caribbean cruises have Guests Ashore before 8AM. I'm pretty sure you'd be at MCO by noon.

On our cruise last month, a guest's health emergency required a unexpected port stop on our return from the Caribbean. Because of this, we didn't get to Port Canaveral until 9:30 AM. And they couldn't even start debarking people until after 10:00 AM.

This is unusual, but can happen.

We were sure happy our return flight wasn't until after 2PM, but we saw some really nervous people with noon flights.
