We are traveling to Disney for the first time in Nov. I managed to get a reservation for CRT but of course for dinner only. My question is if it is worth going with a my 2 1/2 year old daughter or not? I have secured reservations for dinner at with the princesses at Epcot and 1900 Park Fare, so should I bother spending money on this one? Just curious how everyone's experience was there. I do understand that the dinner only includes a quick pick with Cindy and brief show with the Fairy Godmother only. Thanks in advance for any help!

Much depends on how much you think your daughter will enjoy having her picture with Cindy on her wall after the trip.

For that aspect, CRT breakfast is better, you get the pic with Cindy and a number of other princesses wander and chat and pose for pics at your table.

The Godmother show has the two mice and the Godmother, but no table visits or pic opportunities. :shrug

We have never been for dinner, we usually do breakfast. So I can't comment on just seeing the show.

But I do think the experience of eating in the castle is more than worth it. Especially if you haven't done it before. We love the climb up the stairs after meeting Cinderella. We have also always got excellent service from our waitstaff. They make you feel like royalty.

I would definitely say try it. At least then you will know if it is worth it for you to go again.

We went last Jan. 2007. Our daughter was almost 3. she LOVED it. (literally) We went for breakfast. There is nothing like it ever. It is the whole experience just being in the castle, the whole magic of disney and all the princesses etc. It was one of the highlights, and one of the few things she now remembers. We leave 2 weeks from tomorrow, and We couldnt get any reservations....we are going to norway instead. I called yesterday to see if by a long shot someone had canceled for CRT and guess what???? on the 31st we will be in teh castle for breakfast! Even my husband was excited and he does not excite easily if that helps! It is worth it, you are on vacation!!
