We will be leaving for disney in 7 days!!!!!!!!!!! What will the crowds be like?

Crowds in Jan. are generally light. I don't think you'll be disappointed. This is considered one of the least crowded times at WDW.

Jan is always a nice time to go... most people are out of vacation time since they were probably traveling for Christmas. I'll be there monday (MLK) and im expecting light to moderate crowds, mainly locals. I found on http://wdw.parkcrowds.com/ that most of Jan after the new year is light to moderate in crowds.

I'll be there in 6 days... can't wait! Never been in January & am looking forward to the light crowds. Hopefully the temps will be mild enough for a dip in the pool at Port Orleans

Thanks for the info. We are looking forward to our trip. My husband and I and 2 girls went last year and now we are taking my mom and dad and brother on their first trip ever! Should be great!

This time next Friday...I should have just arrived at CBR! Anyway, I've been checking weather.com and the weather should be in the upper to mid 70's during the day and 50's at night. Should be warm enough for a dip! :sohappy:

I take a trip to Disney at least one a year. I can tell you this is the best mounth by far to Vist Disney World NO crowds.

We were there in Jan. 2 years ago. We walked onto every ride with no (or very little) wait. My kids did all their favorite rides 3 or 4 times in a row - no wait. At Epcot, we got to the entrance at about the same time that the character bus showed up. There were so few guests there, we got hugs from all the characters - really a highlight of that trip. The only drawback is the shorter hours. Also, we did soooooo much, that by the end of our 3 day visit we could barely walk! This year we're going the week after Easter, which I'm sure will be a considerable change. Still expect to have fun - we just won't expect to do as much!
