Crowds Januari 2005

Hi Everybody,

I am new here and I am from Europe (The Netherlands).

My Girlfriend and I have booked a trip to Florida from 15th Januari till 29th Januari 2005.

In our First week we will be vissiting all the themeparks in Orlando.

Sunday 16th: SeaWorld
Mo 17th: Magic Kingdom
Th 18th: Epcot
Wed 19th: MGM Studios
Th 20th: Universal Studios
Fr 21st: Island of Adventure
Sat 22nd: Animal Kingdom.

Our Questions are:

- How would it be with the crowds on thoose day's.?
- Did we plan our animalparks well on the weekend.?
- Are there special opening times or events then.?
- Are there some Rides closed on theese day's..?

I hope you could give us a answer. It will help us at our stay in Florida.

There are no major holidays so the crowds won't be too bad. Kind of the normal day crowds.

Did we plan our animalparks well on the weekend.?

I have gone to Animal Kingdom on weekends and had no problem.

Are there special opening times or events then.?

Check the Disney website to see if there is anything planned.

Are there some Rides closed on theese day's..?

Unless the ride is closed for a rehab the rides will be open. Also they may close if the ride has a e-stop or similar. Rehab shedules are also on the Disney site and as for the temp closures that you can't tell it just happens.

I've been in Februari 2001 in Magic Kingdom, Island of Adventure and SeaWorld.
On these day's (special Island of Adventure) there were no wait lines longer than 5/10 min. Would it be crowdier in Januari than Februari or would it be the same..?

Normal Day..?! (What's a Normal day in minutes in line..?)

I've been in Februari 2001 in Magic Kingdom, Island of Adventure and SeaWorld.
On these day's (special Island of Adventure) there were no wait lines longer than 5/10 min. Would it be crowdier in Januari than Februari or would it be the same..?

By normal day I mean because there it is not a major holiday. The crowds are thinner than on a holiday.

The way that I always go is just plan on 30 minute waits for each ride. It really depends on what ride though, a ride like Buzz Lightyear may have a long line when you look at it, but because Buzz never stops loading the line continues to move and thus it may have a 5 minute wait.
