Peak times equal long lines due to the crowd size.

"Off season", of which there is none, equal long lines due to less Cast Members e.g. the seasonals are gone.

So go when you can get the time and enjoy. I have been every month except July and August and enjoyed them all.

We're headed in Sept....we went last Sept. 10 minute wait for test track....longest wait was 20 min for RnR.
