Crowd level help

What do you do when you are trying to plan a trip, and the 2 crowd calendars you look at don't agree?

I have a Touring Plans membership that I use. Someone mentioned Kenny the Pirate to me as being a good source, so I looked at that site too. They do not match, at all. As in Touring Plans has MK one day as a 4, and KTP has it as the worst park of the day.

Anyone have experience with both and which one is probably more accurate?

How do the sites differ in methodologies? Touringplans has a page detailing their measurements regarding wait times and their crowd level numbers and how accurate they have been historically. I'm not familiar with the KTP methods.

Very seldom will you find agreeing numbers on the various crowd calendars. I do tend to give moire credence to TP because Ive found them to be slightly more accurate over the past years. There are many more crowd calendars out there than used to be which can cause you to be unsure of what to believe. Sometimes the numbers dont hold true and crowd conditions are better or worse than any of them predicted. I do look at all the different sites to get an idea of how they each are forecasting the parks. When I'm in a quandary of what to do I decide according to which park suits my ADR dining needs best. But we always get the park hoppers so in the case when I'm wrong I can hop away to another park.
