How do I create a fastpass plus group with both types. I see that offsite can only schedule 30 days in advance rather than the 60 with a package. What is the best way to schedule you fastpasses together?

They'd have to be added to the hotel reservation, unfortunately
At this point, it may be best to book your 60-day FP+, then try to add the people who are unable to book at 60 days later, via the "add friends & family" option.

Two options here -
Book your FP at 60 days and hope that you can match everyone else up at 30 days with what's left, or,
Book everyone's FP at 30 days
