The storm was nasty, I was hanging out by the country bear jamboree and lighting struck a tree 20 feet away, it sound like an explosion. I went inside to watch the show and when exiting could not get out becuase every was in the building. I finally went to the entrance and a CM let me out there, it was still raining but the lighting had stopped.

You know, that crane is hideous. It just looks awful sitting there all surrounded by boards. Just wait until they move it around to paint the front!

It does afterall take away from the magic, a great deal.

It's only there a short time.....necessary evil to keep the magic looking nice for the next few years

i shall be seeing the castle for the first time in 12 years on sunday 22 september 2002 so hopefully the crane will be gone by then !!

Even if the crane is there, just visualize the castle without it. Then when you take pictures, throw them in photoshop and take the crane out.
