http://www.mousesavers.com/ is probably what you are looking for, and is one of the more reputable sites for this sort of thing.

http://www.undercovertourist.com/ is also well thought of, though they focus more on tickets rather than all things Disney, as I recall...

You can always check Mousesavers.com for discounts. A TA who specializes in Disney will also know abut discounts.

Outside of those already mentioned, restaurant.com will sometimes have deals for DTD and other nearby restaurants. Nothing O/O by Disney, but some of the 3rd parties. Just make sure to read all the fine print on those beforehand. But you won't find any "coupons" for WDW itself outside of a few in the back of the official guide, and sometimes on the bottom of CS receipts for use at the stores during certain hours.
