From seeing the show in the last few years I think that the number 1 problem is: audio
I shouldn't feel like I'm at a Chucky Cheese watching the band play with sparks flying out. It should feel like "real" (granted, kind of cartoony) bears up on stage and I show be wow'd by the animals mounted on the wall. I should think, "Holy -!!! They talk too!!!"
As it is, unless they've updated it, it feels like a Chucky Cheese production and a lot of that is with the problems in the audio.
They could also use updated bears with more natural movements (again - so it doesn't feel like Chucky Cheese).
