Counter Service Quick Picks?

I going down to WDW for a brief trip 11/10-12. For that reason, I purposely haven't made any ADRs to give myself complete flexibility.

Any quick pick counter service recommendations? Flame Tree is a definite for me in AK.

Columbia Harbor House in MK. Upstairs seating is nice and usually quiet.

I particularly like World Showcase's quick options. I had a pretty decent small meal at the Mexico pavilion last year (although I was pregnant at the time, and starving, so my memory may be tainted by the fact that I would have been thrilled with food of any kind by that point.)

Tangieriene Cafe (Morocco Pavilion) in Epcot's World Showcase is my family's must-do, and offers one of the more unique counter service menus on property.

MK: BOG Lunch or Columbia Harbor House
Epcot: Sunshine Seasons, Tangierine Cafe
HS: That's always the most difficult. Backlot Express and Studio Catering Company are the best of the worst. (Starring Rolls Cafe has great cupcakes and some sandwiches but they close early.)

I'd have to agree with Columbia Harbor House. I really like Katsura Grill in Japan at Epcot as well.

Good luck being a free spirit. MK BOG, CR, PB, and CHH are all good, BOG is our favorite. EPCOT SS is a must do every trip as well as TC, Les Hailles and Kringla. DHS ABC if you like salads and we were pleasantly surprised by Restaurantsaurous in AK.

Cosmic Rays at MK is one of our faves. Also, Sunshine Seasons, Yorkshire County Fish Shop, and Tangierene Cafe in EPCOT, and Yak & Yeti at AK. The pretzel dog and milkshake at Min & Bill's Dockside Diner in DHS is good. I haven't tried it yet, but Be Our Guest, of course.

My sister and I enjoy sharing some of the QS food in Epcot like China, Mexico, Japan and UK this way we get a little taste of everything.

SRC = (I think) Starring Rolls Cafe

I have trouble with all these too.

I can vouch for SS. Always delicious.

I usually end up in...

MK - Columbia Harbor House (tuna)
Epcot - Sunshine Seasons (tuna), Tangerine Cafe or America
AK - the burger place in Dinoland
DHS - whatever is closest

Magic Kingdom: Columbia Harbor House

Animal Kingdom: Tamu Tamu or Flame Tree Barbecue

EPCOT: Tangerine Café or Boulangerie Patisserie

HS: leave and go eat somewhere else.

Going outside of the parks, the Landscape of Flavors at the Art of Animation resort might not just be the best food court at all the value resorts, but possibly one of the best quick service spots in all of WDW.

Pecos Bills. Any EPCOT World Showcase quick service. Columbia Harbour House yummy clam chowder and such. Don't care too much for the quick service options at AK or DHS. Resort hotels quick service food courts are pretty good.
