For counter service, my family and I like:
MK - Columbia Harbor House because we like to sneak upstairs where it is quiet
AK - Flame Tree BBQ but may try the new Yak & Yeti counter service next trip
Epcot - French bakery for a nice ham and cheese croissant (limited seating though - eat at an "off" time)
DHS - burgers at the Back Lot Express (lots of good seating here!)
