Keenz wagons have a long history with Disneyland. Back when Disneyland first opened they were the only horse drawn transportation on Main Street but the horses were overworked by it's large size and they stopped using them.

Sorry but six year olds should not be in strollers no matter how big they are.
I think it's up to each family to decide when to give up a stroller. My last trip to WDW that my parents used a stroller with me was when I was six, and I'm no worse for wear. My younger brother was born right after that trip, so they indulged it for one more trip and then said I had to give it up for my brother. Better than having a major argument about it, I guess, and especially with my mom being super pregnant at the time, they could put stuff on the stroller instead of her having to carry it.

That being said, if I were in that mom's situation of three kids, the oldest would definitely be walking, if not the two oldest, instead of using that ridiculous thing. I can't believe she wears the third child. That has to kill her back.
