I would think that Anaheuser-Busch would be interested, although Sea World in Northern Ohio didn't do very well.

I doubt Anhauser-Bush Entertainment would be interested. For one thing, the August Busch IV, now the head of the company, doesn't have a lot of interest in the theme park industry, period. However, when August
Busch III stepped down from being President/CEO of Anheuser-Busch in 2002, he remained chairman of the board. He loves the parks, and as long as he's around making his white-glove inspections behind the scenes, I think the parks will remain under Anheuser-Busch. But he's almost 70 years old, and I kind of wonder what will happen after he is no longer calling the shots.

Rumor a few years ago was that someone was interested in purchasing the SeaWorld Parks (except Ohio, which is no longer in operation), and Anheuser-Busch made it clear that they would not be sold off one by one, only as a full set. My feeling is that Anheuser-Busch is more likely to sell off parks than it is to buy more.
