It's very unlikely you will get any freebies. And WDW is so big there is no one person that makes all the decisions. What makes you think they will give you something for free? What kind of free things are you after? They offer free water at the drinking fountains and thats about it.
sorry don't cranky..we dont expect we are merely asking as it is our mother and fathers 25th anniversary and we just wanted to do something special!

If you are staying onsite you could contact the hotel you are staying at. Other than that you could book a meal at a park restaurant but they won't give you it for free. Can you imagine how many people are celebrating something everyday at WDW? Hundreds if not thousands of wedding anniversary's, birthdays, weddings etc.

If someone in your party is celebrating a birthday or anniversary, the only thing I can suggest is go to Guest Relations as soon as you get in the park and let them know you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary. They will most likely give you a pin to wear. It is up to individual cast members as to if they acknowledge your birthday/anniversary, but most congratulate you on it. As for getting things for free, good luck.

One of my wife's co-workers was made the Grand Marshall in the MGM parade for their 25th. One of their sons went to guest relations to get the Happy Anniversay button. They ended up with the buttons, FastPasses for everything in the park that takes Fastpass, VIP seating for Fantasmic and Grand Marshall in the parade.

Everybody is giving you good information.
I'll let you know that the top position in every park is the VP however:
1) They don't involve themselves in things like this
2) their e-mail is screened so they don't get overloaded with personal requests.
The best people you can talk to is guest relations. They have the power to do all kinds of special things for you.
