Could a knockoff Epcot Center be built?

There actually is a knockoff Epcot Center, it's at Walt Disney World where Epcot Center used to be, wakka wakka

I’ve been working on a fantasy project for years, a world expo just a tad bit larger than Epcot and has 15 countries drawn in lol. I need to work up a name for my knockoff Maelstrom . Spaceship Earth (Frontiers) is pretty much an original concept of Spaceship Earth and about all progress not just communication. World of Imagination has a guy in a self built WW2 era plain and his dog who discovers in the ore show he can now talk when they enter the imagination lol and serves as a Figment type character. I even arranged a nighttime show soundtrack using the music from the Vancouver opening ceremony which is the same team that created the Illuminations score.
