Tonga Toast is heaven!

I wish to have some Tonga Toast

In all seriousness, Tonga Toast is a 3 inch slice of sourdough bread, with banana stuffed in the middle. Then battered with Eggs, Milk, Sugar and Vanilla. It is then fried until it turns into a nice golden brown. Finally, it is coated with cinnamon and sugar. AAAAHHHH IT'S SO GOOD!
