Hey guys....just curious.... Who is the highest ranking person in Merchandise at WDW and or the position title?
There used to be Vice President of Merchandise for Disneyland and WDW but can't seem to find out if that position is still around and who it is???

I wonder if another VP covers merchandise such as F&B....

What did you apply for? It is very hard to get into Disney from the outside it seems for Salaried positions. Here are my stats and still no luck...

- B.A. in Organizational Management/Marketing.
- 20 years in Management to include....
A-Human Resources Director.
B- Business Dev. Mgr for Coke.
C- Store Director-75 million a year store(400 team members and 12 managers under me.)
D- Currently a Retail Marketing Consultant for a company that works with Target, Albertsons, Jewell-Osco, and Cub.

I deal with Vice President level people at these companies and still.........

can't get a good job with Disney..-lol

I guess I can wait to retire and become a Security Guard host.

The jobs I apply for are entry level. Mostly human resources and finance. I would love to get into human resources. I applied to two current jobs for that. I also have food management experience so I apply for those kind of jobs too.

Within Disney, those aren't considered entry level. They're still professional jobs.

True entry level at Disney is... well, the CM's you see working in the parks not in professional attire.
