Another bad thing about the 1 pool is the noise level. The lone pool now has a water play area and of course the much maligned trivia games with the cast members.

There is no quiet pools to escape the noise levels that emanate from the speakers. So you have to listen to cast members yell. "SO WHAT IS THE NAME OF WINNIE THE POOH'S HUMAN FRIEND?"

@Snow Queen 83, although we politely have different opinions about POFQ, you are spot on about the noise level at the pool. The noise level of those trivia games are CRAZY!! One visit they assigned us a room in Building 2 overlooking the pool. From our past experiences, we immediately inquired about a different building, so we were able to get a room in building 7.

Love both Port Orleans FQ and RS. We once took a drive over to Coronado Springs when we considered moving there as our check in was being severely delayed at FQ(turns out the room they planned for us was decommissioned!). Needless to say it was very pretty but really spread out so we passed. I did like it more than what I saw from Caribbean Beach(but they since had a refurb).

Coronado is by far the better resort. Better pool, more restaurant choices, more lounges, centrally located to all the parks, amenities and activities. If you are looking for a small resort, POFQ is the choice.
