Does anyone know what the refurbishments are at Coronado Springs that will be going on in early February of this year? I saw the advisory but it didn't mention detail like pool or dining. Any help would be appreciated!

The refurb is for the rooms and the building exteriors (will be painted). The fence just went up this week around rancho 7a.
No one is sure what will come of building 9b. Rumor is that it is to be taken down to make room for something new. But nothing definite is out yet concerning 9b. Business class as we knew it ended on 12/31/16

Thank you for the information. I requested the 8A & 8B area so I'm glad to hear that area isn't being worked on along with the pool or dining. Do you know if the 8A & 8B areas were already worked on?

Maybe this is why there are discounts in May. Hopefully construction won't be too bad then. It will be my first time staying there, but it looks pretty nice and really open, so I'd imagine construction being done won't be a big deal. That is if there even is construction, it seems reading here that it may not be that extreme of a refurbishment.
