Coronado Springs: Casitas, Ranchos, Cabanas?

Can someone give me some information on the difference between the different part of Coronado Springs? We'll be staying there for the first time in January and are wondering where we should request to stay.

Wife and I love the Casitas. It's the most underthemed of the three sections, almost looking like any regular hotel in southern California where we live, but we liked that. I mean, we love Disney, but at the end of the day it was nice to come "home" and not be bombarded with more Disney. If you'd rather see some theming, you'll be better off with Ranchos or Cabanas.
