Here ya go;

"Laughing Bird shrimp is produced in a family-owned farm in coastal Belize, a fact that we like because Seven Seas is also family-owned.

The difference in taste compared to other farm-raised shrimp is obvious due to the way this shrimp is farmed and handled.

The shrimp is chilled but not frozen when shipped. No preservatives, antibiotics or hormones are used, and the shrimp are fed a nearly 100% vegetarian diet.

An added benefit to Laughing Bird shrimp is the farm uses methods that minimizes impact on the environment, so nearby mangroves and coastlines remain untouched by this operation."

Or maybe a fine rendition of Big Blue World. Just my 2 cents on Coral Reef. I know it gets really mixed reviews but we've eaten there 3 times and always had a great meal. It can get a little loud (before your drinks arrive and then you no longer notice.)

Can't agree more. Plus, I'm a sucker because it's the scene of a classic BMW moment.

(Also, that sounds like shrimp I would actually try. It's mostly just PR-speak I'm sure, but man, it sounds like those shrimp have the life!)

(Before being killed and eaten, of course.)

Agreed. We've been there four times. Two lunches, two dinners, four great meals. The last time we went the table next to us had a family of four and both children were raising absolute hell. The son was screaming bloody murder and the daughter was just trying to push her dad's buttons (she went so far as to spit in his food at one point). Even though that family was distracting the staff and it was the loudest meal I've ever endured, I still loved it because the food was good enough that I just didn't care.
