I'd like less Michael in the parks, not more. I liked his songs as much as the next guy, but enough is enough.

Pass. No more M.J.. And no more aliens/outer space in Tomorrowland. Not sure how those concepts became synonymous with "tomorrow". Stitch, Monsters Inc, Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear, Astro Orbiter.... lets branch out a little bit.

I think that a nutcracker in the image of Michael Jackson on the Christmas scene mantle would be lovely. One glove, of course.

One of the worst Disney attraction ideas that I have ever read. First I see "CoP replacement", I have always loved it, so if it was replaced it would need to be by something really awesome.

Then I saw "George Lucas", "alien", "opera", etc. Thats kind of scary...no thats very scary.

People, as much as we all love CoP, it's a bit out of date. That's putting it kindly. When I go to WDW and bring people who have never seen it there, I feel embarrassed by how outdated and corny that last act is.

I know, I know. We can always just change the final act. But, if you do that, you're missing all those acts before the new final act that also need to be there in order to tell a complete story. You can't leave out the past 60 years because the 1960's as as important to progress as was the 2000's. You can't jump from the new age of electricity and skip the chapter of when we landed on the moon and, 30 years later, the advent of the Internet of the 90's and, twenty years after that, the digital revolution with smart phones and tablet PCs - ALL deserving of its own act.

The only we can can add more acts to CoP is by moving upward, as well as clockwise - I.e. spiral ala corkscrew. It wouldn't be CoP any more. It would be Spiral or Progress. After the fourth act, we would have spiraled up to the second floor. New acts could continuously get added, simply by adding new floors to the show building for every four acts that get added.

So, if we can't tell a complete and proper story, let's use this space for a story we can tell completely and properly that entertains, as well one that utilizes the latest story-telling technologies to do so!

Nothing better than change for the sake of change. And nothing says that better than some half-baked (thankfully it was never fully baked) idea involving Michael Jackson....

COP is fine. Not everything needs to be incessantly upgraded or "improved" with the latest technology.

And changes supposedly coming to the COP pop up every year. Last summer it was moving to the American History Smithsonian in Washington D.C. Within six months. And we were all supposed to apologize to that OP when it happened. I'm just hoping he didn't hold his breath waiting for those....

I have an idea. Let's combine CoP, CBJ and the Tiki Room into one attraction. We'll call it The Carousel of Bears, Birds and Boredom. It can replace Dinoland in the AK. We can then free up the space in MK devoted to those attractions for some new dark rides such as a Wreck-It Ralph and Fix-It Felix game ride.
