Im planning on a stay at the Contemporary in November with myself , my hubby and my 2 kids (3 and 6months), but I was wondering if it is worth the extra cost to get a club level room with all the free food and snacks or if I should get a regular tower room? We would be spending quite a bit of time in the parks of course, but just as much time at the resort as well.

If you do plan on spending quite a bit of time at the resort then go all out and book on the club level. If all you plan to do is sleep there then just book the tower. If you need any help booking or would like a quote feel free to contact me.

with the kids...well atleast the 3 year old. it might be worth it. It's nice having the extra snack periods with the free drinks/goodies. it also will help cut the breakfast costs down. You'd be suprised on how fast those little meals add up. Don't forget that there are also "adult beverages" available for the after dinner time (I think they call it the cheese and wine time) ranging from beers to liquor...so it would also be nice for you and your husband to relax without having to spend 6 or 7 bucks for a drink in the World Showcase!

On another note, my gf and I have recieved a free upgrade to a concierge suite at the Wilderness Lodge during one of our stays and even though the two of us LOVED the extra service and amenities, we would never be able to justify the extra cost of paying for a club level room for just the 2 of us. We're neither big eaters or drinkers!

If you were planning on getting a meal plan however, it probably would not be worth the extra money to pay for a club room.

My DH and I were bumped up to Concierge (Club Level) this past trip in November when we were family of the day. We were staying at the Yacht Club but I would assume the price increase would be about the same. It was about $200 a night more if we would have paid out of pocket.

IMO - I can't see how I can get my monies worth out of that upgrade. We did eat bfast there each morning. But being at the park most days - we only were able to grab the snacks in the evening and the appetizers before dinner. We would head to dinner and the parks in the evening. And the appetizers made us full for our dinners and we had the dinning plan. I think that the it is worth it if you go to the park only a couple of days, and are at the resort mostly. Other then that - I just can't see getting your monies worth. We thought about upgrading for our trip at the GF b/c we would be at the resort more this time and we were hoping to get in the main bilding. But we still couldn't justify the cost.
