Contemporary Garden Wing Rooms.

Has anyone stayed in the Garden wing rooms? Are they good? Thinking about adding 2 nights to our trip. First 4 nights at WL then over to CR.
Just got a great price of $215 a night for Garden wing rooms.
Is it worth it?

I would say yes, you would probably enjoy it. The rooms in the garden wing are exactly the same as in the tower (besides view or balcony), and IMO they feel luxurious, modern, and beautiful (not to mention they are among the largest of standard WDW rooms).

Plus, you'll love the location of the hotel (walking/monorail to MK and monorail to Epcot)!

I liked the garden wing, because we were right near the water and at night the water pageant (I forget the actual name) comes right by. It seems like it's no more than 50 yards from you. This was very cool.

I had booked the Tower for our stay in December - stayed there last year and LOVED it! Got on offer for the free dining, and had to downgrade to a Garden room to take advantage of it, but saved enough money that I figured the extra 5-minute walk to the monorail would be worth the switch. So I'm glad to here the Garden is just as nice as the Tower.

Definitely! The CR is my favorite and we've never even stayed in the tower rooms. We are going in December and staying 4 nts @ CR then 1 nt @ WL. The rooms are large and newly refurbished, you can actually walk to the MK, and there's a great viewing area by the stores to watch the MK fireworks--not to mention the Electrical Water Pageant. And the price is great--we got it also.
