Contacting Disney

I know this might sound odd, but why is it you can not contact Disney except through their reservations number. I have a customer relations problem and each time I call I have to call reservations and go through there to talk to anyone. I realize they receive many calls, but when you need to speak to someone, other than a person reserving rooms, it is near impossible.

Reservations is the buffer from the real world - think of how many "silly" calls you'd imagine them getting in a day and then multiply it by thousands.

The best way to contact Walt Disney World with any concerns or comments is to write to:

Walt Disney World
Guest Communications
P.O. Box 10040
Lake Buena Vista FL 32830-0040

or e-mail to:

wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com

Be sure to include your name, address, e-mail and home phone number with the best time to reach you. You should recieve a confirmation that your letter was received, then once your issue has been researched, you should receive a call to help resolve the concerns you brought to Disney's attention.

Hope this helps! :sohappy:

Thanks for the info; however, it does not help when you need to talk to someone in control ASAP. I did finally get to speak to someone and I was assured the reason for the 'security' is because of nonsense calls....however, my situation required a person in authority......lucky me the person at reservations understood and connected me through.....
