Construction walls down around Paradiso 37 patio

I like the general concept, but the execution - the building style, the color and even the chairs - are not my taste. For me, the ambience of a restaurant is critical and this one doesn't give me a good vibe. Maybe the food will be good enough to get me in.

could open as early as Thursday. We got to try the food yesterday. Not bad at all! The pork thing was amazing.

Post more often! please
haha, sorry! One of the departments in my area is a little shy on people, so I've been training to work for them a few days a week while still doing my own role. It's been work, drive home, sleep, work, drive home, sleep for a few months. I may be on here a bit more this summer though. We'll see! That being said I don't have anything particularly interesting I've heard about lately that I can share.

Grrrr, those dasterdly non-disclosure agreements again!

Kidding, thanks for making the magic happen.

Peeked over the wall at that last weekend. Looks ok, I guess. I'm willing to give the food a try...beats waiting forever at T-Rex or PH.

On an unrelated note.....Last Wednesday, while waiting on my turn for Characters in Flight, saw a group of about 4 executive types hanging out behind....um...the building next door to Paradiso. They had clipboards and were doing a lot of looking and pointing.
Neither good or bad....just there....

What did you think to the balloon flight?

Lot of fun.
$16 felt a bit steep for such a short trip, so not something I would do every time. Double the time up there and maybe it would be better.
Next time I'll try a night flight. The whole time I was there we had thunderstorms at night, so that wasn't possible.

Perhaps they were looking at ways to add on an outdoor seating area and combine it with the Soundstage for a bold new, adventurous vision.
