Construction behind Beauty and the Beast?

Go to Google Maps and zoom into Beauty and the Beast at DHS. Look behind the building, where Copperfield was going to go. Something is going on. I see construction equipment and so on.

I checked Apple Maps, which is not as recent and no construction equipment and there's grass there instead of dirt.

Anyone have an idea what's going on? I smell something cooking!

I was recently back there and I didn't encounter any construction movement.

I see it on google maps too. It looks like an extension of the backstage area, doesn't seem to major though.

I believe someone posted here at some point that it was just a building for the CM's, maybe a dressing room area. The Google Maps images of that area are almost 1 1/2 years old, so whatever it is, it's likely done by now. Definitely not something to get excited about.

Here is a more recent image. Definitely a backstage building. If you look a the older images in Google Earth you can see some trailers in that area, looks like they just put in something more permenant.

I saw that construction setup in Aug 2012 after leaving Fantasmic, and they had it walled and fenced off (very visible).

It didn't look very major...

Nothing to be confused about, it's just a backstage support building for the threatre.

The only thing being built is new backstage facilities for the theater.
