I looked at the menu at Connections Cafe and Eatery and was really disappointed. It looks just like every other menu at WDW. Burgers and a chicken sandwich and some salad. Oh and the same pizza. Hmmmm...am I missing something? 😞

Depends on how your look at it. 5 different types of burgers, 4 types of pizza, 2 types of salad (most being unique menu items to this restaurant)...and a bunch of allergy friendly versions of these. Good news there are still plenty of different options when considering the Land pavilion and all around World Showcase.

Agreed. I'm not a burger eater, but the selections of food outside of this appeals to us all in my family. Actually more so than Sunshine Seasons. Glad for different flavor options myself.

I am excited for this mainly because I think it has a good mix of standard and unique. My kids are fairly picky so it’s great they can get a standard pizza/ burger but there are also more unique offerings for me and my husband. The last time we were all at Epcot, we first had to hit up a quick service for the kids to get them mac & cheese and then my husband and I ate over in Morocco. I think this will be a good option for us to eat all together.

For the time being this place actually has a decent menu. Yes its fancied up burgers, pizza and salads but A) its a quick serve place B) it will allow Sunshine Seasons to possibly refresh its menu and C) if you want cultural quickserve, step outside and walk toward the stargate and go right or left before hitting the lake.

There are plenty of better options at Epcot (although Tangerine Cafe has gone) so go elsewhere. This has always been the standard theme park fare restaurant at Epcot, the menu isn't really any different to when it was Electric Umbrella. Go to the Land food court, or into World Showcase for better options.

Yeah, its significantly better than the standard Disney burgers and usual quick service rubbish. One of the better EPCOT quick service options for sure.

I really hope they bring back Tangerine Cafe. Always loved a good falafel.

I actually disagree about the Land. The food there is pretty lousy and really hard for my weirdo allergy especially. I haven't eaten there in years after gross fatty chicken was served to me. Then menu changes and... this is definitely a step up from Electric Umbrella though. I laugh when people think it's the same. Me thinks those who say that never ate there. I do miss some food options at Epcot and remain hopeful they'll return. Or menus will grow so I can have more choices. Morocco still breaks my heart with what happened there.

I used to love some of the stuff at the Land but they changed it in recent years. Lots of stuff seemed to have mayo and I couldn't find a thing for my daughter to eat.

maybe it’s just because I haven’t visited in six years but there were some good fairly healthy Asian options in the Land from memory. Would be a shame if that’s gone downhill in addition to Tangerine cafe going.

Yeah the newer menu change was awful for me. I had more issues finding food I can eat due to weirdo allergy than before. The options I could just weren't good.

The menu has shifted, but the super fatty food I had was an asian chicken item. As in they didn't remove the fat from the chicken so not very tasty or healthy. I gave it a shot after the menu change and now I just avoid unfortunately. While Spice road is still open the menu is diminished. Until Tangierine Café returns as a non-booth eatery I'll likely want Connections Eatery more. There are a few other options at Epcot I can eat but my favorites have yet to to return or return with a good menu.

My H used to order the Mongolian Beef, last time it was greasy and he got a very small portion. I liked the pork chop (no longer on the menu), also wish they'd bring back the fish tacos, it was a good dish, imo.
