I mean these locations are owned/operated by Disney. I can’t see that Starbucks would care too much, it may be the Joffreys contract that conflicts with the # of Starbucks locations they may have.

The original agreement stipulates one location per park

This looks to be moving quickly but when they say Spring I worry that they just mean it'll be open by early June. If anybody knows, is this planned to open more like 1 month or 2 from now?

Ok, so by "Spring" they mean "before Summer". Still beats Winter 2019. Now if they want to soft open Guardians for Easter then all is forgiven.
