I'll be the first to say it although I wanted the Giants to win. The Angels played a great Series. It will be interesting to see what happens to the ownership of the team now.

I'm a fan of Shinjo and it was sad to see him strike out but overall I'm glad the Angels won it.

Geez, I'm stupid enough to take that bet!:hammer: I think that they will do a parade at DL, but they won't do a team parade at WDW--only individual players who make trips to WDW and will be featured in some way.

Angels deserved the win, as a team and not just a couple of heavy hitters the Giants had. An excellant series, hopefully Eisner will not try to exploit this, but then again he probably will to the max.....and then sells the team.:hurl:

Troy is the man.......

I don't mean to sound like a know it all, but I did tell my friends last year, the Angels would win the World Series..........., but then at the beginning of this season, I said they would make it to the ALCS only to be beaten by the Sox........

The highlight of the night, is Barry Bonds dark figure sitting in the dugout when Percy sealed it........ I love it, Bonds deserves to lose, I like Kent, feel bad for him, but Kent is leaving the Giants partly due to his AHOLE team mate Barry Bonds!!!

SOOOOO true. Now, I admit that the guy is a dynamo, but that does not mean he has to be so arrogant, snooty, smug & rude about everything. There are LOTS of superstars in baseball & they don't all run around with colossal chips on their shoulders like that. This guy SO deserved to be put in his place. I can't stand Barry Bonds. Not to mention, I'm really liking Spiezio lately!
