Technically it's in Production Central where Hercules and Xena used to be, but that building does border both New York and Hollywood.

They could easily re-draw the map and have it end up in any of the three sections they want.

I know but what i'm saying is that the ride would most likely make the most sense in PC (Even with a themed exterior)

It doesn't really fit perfectly in any area, but considering the entrance will seemingly face the lagoon, that's one knock against it being a PC attraction.
